Trader previews show a 12-month historical stock-price estimate filtered to today's active official mainnet token list. We apply the same equal-weight buy/increase method as the broader research estimate, excluding sells, fees and slippage. This does not claim those tokens existed when the disclosures occurred or that every listed token has a usable route today. Profile pages retain the broader research return and show listed-token and price coverage in the new estimate's details. An unavailable or stale token catalog makes the filtered estimate unavailable, not zero.

No. Live copying is currently disabled. Browsing profiles, disclosures and stock research does not activate execution. Contract and staking descriptions on this page explain the implemented design, not a promise that those services are launched.
No. Public research is accessible without connecting a wallet. Connecting a wallet exposes its public address; it does not by itself authorize a deposit, withdrawal, token approval or copy rule.
No. Disclosures can appear days, weeks or longer after a transaction. Fund filings may be periodic holding snapshots rather than individual trades. We show disclosure and transaction or snapshot dates where available. A change in reported holdings is not proof of an exact trade time or price.
The app imports public Congressional disclosures, executive disclosures, SEC insider filings and fund holdings sources. Individual records link to the disclosure or source index where available. Coverage is incomplete and source errors, amendments, ticker reuse and reporting delays can affect the results.
Our backend imports disclosures, matches people and securities, and connects records to source documents and historical closing prices where possible. For repaired fund histories, we validate available full holdings tables and reconcile amendments before comparing snapshots. Partial tables are not treated as complete portfolios or used to invent exits. Corrected information is dated no earlier than its public availability, and records being replaced are backed up. These checks improve reliability; they do not independently certify every source record.
Fund filings report holdings at particular dates. Comparing available snapshots reveals reported increases and decreases, not every purchase or sale between them. Changes can also reflect corporate actions or reporting changes. Recent activity is only a preview: open the profile's full history and use its filters and load-more control to explore the imported records. Full history means our available imported history, not a complete lifetime trading record.
For each lookback period, we take eligible disclosed stock buys or fund holding increases and average their individual price returns with equal weight. Fund estimates use reconstructed, validated holding changes. Entry uses the first available close on or after disclosure, within seven days; the ending close must be on or before the calculation date and no more than seven days old. Signals without usable prices are excluded, and coverage counts show how many were priced. This is a buy-and-hold research estimate: it does not model reported sells, position sizes, fees, slippage or an executed portfolio.
The chart shows weekly rolling 12-month research estimates, using only prices available through each point's date. Selecting a shorter chart window changes the visible dates; it does not turn the chart into a monthly return or an account balance. The separate period table calculates estimates for 30, 90, 180, 365 and 730-day disclosure windows using the same method. Neither view represents actual manager or customer performance.
Unavailable means there are no eligible, sufficiently priced signals for that estimate—not a zero return. Some securities lack a unique ticker match or usable historical prices; some filings are confidential, inaccessible or need further matching. We leave these gaps visible rather than inventing tickers, prices or transactions. Coverage can differ substantially between profiles, and a price download does not guarantee every required date is covered.
Not yet. We distinguish direct documents from filing indexes and source search pages. When several verified documents match the same person and filing date, they appear as possible source documents with the exact match marked unresolved. A reachable document is not proof that it contains a particular transaction. Older or inaccessible filings can still lack a direct link.
Repaired fund profiles use the complete-history reconstruction process during normal refreshes. Unchanged history preserves its records and charts; changed history is recalculated. Admin tools track history repairs, document links, ticker matching, price coverage and consistency between headlines, period tables and charts. Passing these checks means the calculations agree internally—not that coverage is complete or every disclosure is independently verified.
No. Research estimates and figures labelled simulated are not audited performance, actual manager returns or a user's realized returns. Missing prices and excluded signals can bias results, and delayed disclosures, fees, liquidity and execution timing can make real outcomes different. Past or simulated performance does not predict future returns.
No. A visible research record is not approval to execute a trade. Live copying remains disabled. Before automated copying can launch, a strict data-quality gate still needs to be implemented and validated to reject ambiguous, stale or incomplete signals, alongside execution testing and security review. Existing asset eligibility and contract checks do not independently verify a disclosure. A working trading engine alone would not make every imported record safe to act on.
The latest-close chart uses imported price history and displays its date. Supplemental company descriptions, sector, industry, exchange, beta, price and market cap come from a separate dated dataset. Its snapshot values are not live quotes; source currency and observation timestamps are not supplied. Descriptions may be truncated.
No. A searchable company or logo does not establish an executable token route. The current eligibility checks require a fresh official mainnet asset catalog, a matching token address and a configured price feed. Unsupported assets must be skipped, not replaced by a similar ticker.
The deployment script defaults to a 0.50% fee on copied buys. This is a code default, not a confirmed live fee schedule. The fee is taken from the approved USDC input before the swap. For example, a 100 USDC input would leave 99.50 USDC for the swap at the default rate, before other trading costs. Live copying is disabled.
The current vault code charges no platform copy fee on sells. Network gas, exchange or routing fees, spreads and slippage can still apply. This does not make a sell cost-free.
The staking contract defaults to a 50% reduction of the copy fee once a user stakes at least 1,000 LOOT. With the default 0.50% buy fee, that would be 0.25%. These are adjustable contract parameters and not a confirmed live offer. A discount is not a return on investment.
Blockchain transactions require gas, and swaps may incur exchange fees, spreads and slippage. Bridging can add costs too. Gas sponsorship is not guaranteed. Check the wallet transaction and the applicable deployed contract settings before approving anything; the platform fee alone is not the total cost.
LOOT is the token named in the current contract design. Staking is designed to unlock additional copy-rule slots, reduce copy fees and distribute a share of received USDC copy fees. These features are not proof of a live token launch, verified token address, market price or guaranteed rewards.
The default staking design provides one free active copy-rule slot plus one additional slot per 5,000 LOOT staked. Browsing profiles does not consume slots. Thresholds can be changed by the staking administrator. If unstaking leaves too many active rules, the current vault blocks copying until the limit is satisfied.
If the included deployment script creates the token, it mints one billion LOOT to the configured owner address. The script can instead use an existing token. This default does not establish a launched supply, circulating supply, vesting schedule or public allocation. Those details require a verified deployment and published launch terms.
No rewards or yield are guaranteed. The design distributes only eligible fees actually received by the staking contract, with rounding and accounting rules. The code does not impose a time lock on unstaking, but reducing stake can remove discounts or available copy slots. Token price, contract and liquidity risks remain.
In the current design, each vault has a user owner. Only that owner can withdraw or change its rules, limits and executor. The executor can request permitted swaps within contract checks; it does not receive a general withdrawal permission. This design is not a guarantee against bugs or losses.
No. The backend imports disclosures and chooses execution requests. Contracts enforce configured budgets, permissions and output checks, but currently do not independently prove a disclosure happened. Administrators control token and swap-target allowlists and some staking parameters. External issuers, data sources and network infrastructure remain dependencies.
The vault design lets its owner deactivate rules or set the executor to the zero address to stop new executor calls. Stopping copying does not automatically sell existing positions. Changes need on-chain confirmation; a transaction already confirmed cannot be undone.
Do not assume so. Rights depend on the exact issuer, product terms, jurisdiction and token contract. A stock ticker, company logo or token name alone does not prove ownership rights, redemption rights or availability in your region.
